Most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery or purchase may be returned for a full refund. Jewelry may be exchanged at any time for another size. Shipping will be paid by us only if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in original packaging.

Exclusions: Custom-made jewelry, or window cling designs that have been opened are not refundable or exchangeable. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
