Most new items within 30 days of purchase may be returned for a full refund less shipping charges. Jewelry may be exchanged at any time for another size—please include a check for $6.95 or the credit card number that you wish to be charged. Shipping will be paid by us only if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in original inside packaging.
Special Orders or Custom Orders:
The Crystal Pineapple does not allow returns on any Custom Made Jewelry or Special Order Jewelry. A Custom or Special Order is one that is made especially for you that The Crystal Pineapple orders from a manufacturer. Opened Window Clings May not be Returned.
Worn or Damaged Jewelry:
If you return jewelry that has obviously been worn (tarnished, pitted, scratched, or broken) The Crystal Pineapple reserves the right to allow a return or exchange based on the condition of the jewelry. The Crystal Pineapple will charge a polishing, refurbishing fee if need be.
Size Exchange Policy:
We will send you the size you request. If you find you have to exchange sizes, The Crystal Pineapple will happily exchange sizes for you. When you return your bracelet, please enclose a check for $6.95 to cover the shipping costs necessary for your exchange.
If the need ever arises that you would require a jewelry repair, please give us a call. Our manufacturers stand behind the products that they make and usually the only charge that you will incur is one for the shipping charges.
