Simply tell us the product code of each charm in the spaces provided below. Numbers in the arrangement form correspond to the spaces in the table below.

 
  1.) Enter your Name, Phone and Email as provided on your order form.

2.) Keeping in mind the number of links on your bracelet tell us where to place each ordered charm by changing the word blank to the name or product code of your charm in the link space on your bracelet you wish to have it appear. Space #1 is next to clasp.

3.) Click on the Submit button to send us your bracelet's charm arrangement.
